Learning and Development Program

Join our Team of Global Citizens!

We Believe in the Power of Diversity and Inclusion

Our goal is to provide highly educated yet vulnerable individuals, such as but not limited to, refugees and migrants, with the opportunity for a successful and sustainable career. These individuals are often employed below their capabilities, which benefits neither the individual nor the employer and does not lead to sustainable employment.

We are passionate about creating positive social impact through our activities in education and entertainment. By working with these global citizens, we aim to not only improve their lives but also enrich our communities and strengthen our edutainment brands.

Our Learning and Development Programs

Our learning and development programs are designed to support participants on their journey to self-reliance and further professional growth. We offer a holistic approach that focuses on personal, social, and technical development. Our team of experienced professionals, mentors, and coaches is ready to guide each participant on their path to success!

What You Learn with Us

Personal Development

  • Self-Confidence and Self-Awareness: Through personal development plans and coaching, we help participants boost their self-confidence and gain a clear understanding of their strengths and ambitions.
  • Language Skills: We offer intensive on-the-job Dutch language training and practical language courses to improve our participants’ communication skills, enabling them to function more effectively in a professional environment.

Social Development

  • Cultural Integration: Our programs include workshops on cultural integration, helping participants navigate their new environment and develop a sense of belonging.
  • Soft Skills: Skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving are essential. We train our participants to collaborate effectively and contribute constructively to team projects.

Technical Development

  • Specific Job Skills: Our training is tailored to the needs of our edutainment brands. Whether it’s technical skills, creative development, or project management, participants gain valuable knowledge that is directly applicable to their work.

Participants in this program are typically exempt from the labor market orientation module of the integration program. This means they can integrate into the Dutch labor market more quickly and efficiently.

Are you a refugee or a status holder currently engaged in the integration program? Participating in this learning and development trajectory could potentially exempt you from the ONA exam.

At GreenDreamCompany, we are proud of our team of global citizens. Together, we are building an inclusive future where everyone has the opportunity to grow and shine.
